預算超支|over budget

over budget 意思是「預算超支」，可用作形容詞或副詞。形容「預算超支」情況的片語則可使用 go over budget。相反地，若是支出低於預算，英文則可用 under budget 來形容，不過，沒有 go under budget 這個說法。
