挖角|poach

以各種方式和手段將別的團體或組織裡重要的人拉進自己的陣營就叫做「挖角」。poach後也可以接customer，例如：poach customers from another company（把別家公司的客戶搶過來）。poach作動詞還有別的意思，如「水煮；盜獵」。

例句：

1. Many believe that poaching employees is unethical.
   許多人認為員工挖角沒有職業道德

2. The company has been poaching sales reps from its main competitor.
   這間公司把主要競爭對手的業務挖來自家。
