股份、股權、大漲的英文怎麼說？投資理財必懂的 17 個單字

不管是大老闆還是小資族，都想要學投資，以錢滾錢賺更多錢。投資的內容千百種，聽起來很複雜，股票、債券、基金...都是投資的工具之一，今天我們就先從各種與經濟、投資相關的英文學起吧！

國家經濟

microeconomics 個體經濟（學）
個體經濟著重在個體經濟行為，研究供給（supply）和需求（demand）如何影響個人及市場上的交易。micro- 是「微小、微」的意思，運用這字首的單字還有：

• microscope 顯微鏡
• microwave 微波爐

macroeconomics 總體經濟（學）
相對於個體經濟學，總體經濟學是以國家的角度看經濟的狀況。macro- 是「宏觀的、巨量的」的意思，是 micro- 的相反，相關的單字還有：

• macroscopic 宏觀的

GDP（Gross Domestic Product）國內生產毛額
GDP 是一定時期內，一個區域內經濟活動產出的最終價值。Gross 是形容詞「總的、總共」的意思。

GNP (Gross National Product) 國民生產毛額
GNP 是指一年內，一個國家的國民生產最終產品的市場價值。

投資市場

bull market 牛市
這是投資市場中很常用的用語，代表行情上漲的市場。例句：The current bull market may end in the near future.（目前的牛市可能會在不遠的將來結束。）

bear market 熊市
相對於「牛市」，代表行情下跌的市場。例句：Experts have said that the next bear market will be more harmful to investors.（專家表示，下一次的熊市會對投資者造成更大的傷害。）

investment portfolio （個人或機構的）投資組合

bond 債券
由政府所發行的債券就叫做政府公債（government bond）。例句：The central bank issued government bonds to support government spending.（中央銀行發行政府公債來支撐政府花費。）

stock 股票
Technology stocks fell sharply last week, but investors remained optimistic.（科技股上週暴跌，但投資者依然持樂觀態度。）

share 股份
I own 200 shares of Microsoft’s stock.（我持有微軟股票的 200 股。）

stockholder/shareholder 股東
Mr. Chang is this company’s biggest shareholder, owning 40 percent of the company’s shares.（張先生是這間公司的最大股東，持有公司 40% 的股份。）

equity 股東權益 / 股權
The president owns 50 percent of the shares and holds a large amount of equity in the company.（董事長持有 50% 的股份，在公司擁有很大的股權。）

fund 基金
My aunt’s job is managing funds for investors.（我阿姨的工作是幫投資者管理基金。）

securities 證券（債券、股票）
The securities market in this country has been evolving in recent years.（這個國家的證券市場近年逐步發展。）

recession 衰退
The company went bankrupt during the last recession.（這間公司在上次經濟衰退期間破產了。）

depression 蕭條（比 recession 更嚴重）
The Great Depression of the 1930s was the worst worldwide economic downturn ever.（1930 年代的經濟大恐慌 / 大蕭條是至今最嚴重的世界經濟衰退事件。）

surge 大漲
The U.S. stock market surged this week.（美國股市這週大漲。）
