外包|outsource

外包（outsource 為動詞，名詞為 outsourcing），指企業將工作交由公司外部的人員，以一案一簽約的方式交付工作。公司的工作一般是交由公司內部職員完成，有時會為了降低成本（cut costs）改採外包。常見的外包事項有顧客服務相關（customer support）以及製造相關（manufacturing）。
