香菜|cilantro

香菜，又稱芫荽，在美國叫做 cilantro，傳自於西班牙，在英國則叫做 coriander。精準一點來說，在美國芫荽葉子的部份稱 cilantro，芫荽種子的部份叫做 coriander。香菜在墨西哥與亞洲食物中很常見。

例句：

1. The salsa is made with tomatoes, onion, chili peppers and cilantro.
   莎莎醬是用番茄、洋蔥、辣椒與香菜做成的。

2. The soup was served with a cilantro garnish.
   湯品會佐以香菜。
