利益衝突|conflict of interest

conflict 是「衝突」，而 interest 除了「興趣，愛好」之外還有「利益」的意思。
利益衝突指的是某人（如公職人員或律師）為了個人利益（personal interest）偏袒自己或相關人士，導致專業服務或職業道德受損的情況。
