開胃菜|appetizer

開胃菜是指在主菜前先上的小菜，英文可以說 appetizer 或 starter，英文菜單上偶而也會出現法文 hors d'oeuvre 或是義大利文 antipasto。

   你想先點前菜嗎？

2. The shrimp cocktail is one of our most popular starters.
