勞資糾紛|labor dispute

資方（management）和勞方（labor）對薪資、福利、工時等權利義務認知不同時，很容易產生爭議，dispute 即「糾紛，爭議」。

若勞資糾紛處理不當，則有可能演變為 strike 「罷工」。
