談判|negotiation

當兩方人馬要透過合作來滿足各自的利益時，必須就合作內容進行 negotiation「談判」；負責談判工作的人是 negotiator，動詞則為 negotiate。

根據談判的性質和內容，可以劃分為 international negotiation 國際談判、business negotiation 商務談判、diplomatic negotiation 外交談判等。若要表達某事正在進行談判中，可以用 under negotiation 表達。
