燒烤|roasting

roast 是指把東西放在火焰上烘烤，做日光浴時，也可以俏皮地用 roast 表示自己正在被太陽烘烤。

不過 roast 和表示烤麵包、烘焙的 bake 不一樣，使用時要小心別用錯了。

例句：

• Place the chicken in a roasting tray and pour over the flavored oil.
  將雞肉放在烘烤盤上，然後倒入調味油。
