親子關係；（律）私生子之生父鑑定|filiation

filiation 是法律專用字，代表小孩與生父間的血緣關係，而且特指父系親屬，不可用來表示母系親屬。若是一般對話中想表達親子關係，其實用 parent-child relationship、parenthood 就可以了。

例句：

• An action for filiation is one in which the child asks the court to establish that he or she is the legal offspring of the father.
  生父鑑定是小孩要求法庭建構他或她為父親合法後代的動作。
