六月是畢業的季節，對許多新鮮人來說，最重要的莫過於下階段的career planning「生涯規劃」了。做好生涯規劃的步驟除了解自己的興趣和專長之外，也包括設立短期目標（short-term goals）和長期目標（long-term goals）等。
