主動積極|proactive

許多僱主會希望員工具備proactive的特質。這個字由字首pro-（預先，提前的）以及active（積極的）組成。因此proactive的人既積極，還在別人動作之前就開始行動。

這個字除了主動積極之外，還有先發制人的意思。
