學徒、徒弟|apprentice

在台灣的工業技術上，許多行業都遵循學徒制（apprenticeship）的文化，希望透過這種方式將老師傅長年的技術傳授給年輕學徒。與 apprentice 相似的單字還有 intern（實習生），兩者差異在於 intern 多為不支薪，是單純學習經驗，與 apprentice 相反。
