光說不練|be all talk (and no action)

All talk 是一個固定說法，字面上跟中文也非常相似，形容只說大話或是一直嚷嚷著要做某事，卻沒有任何實踐行動的人。

這句話據說是從美國著名小說家書中所引用的 all talk and no cider（cider，蘋果汁）這句話開始的，但現在已經沒人這麼說了。英式英文也有不同表達方式，他們會說 all talk and no trousers（trousers，長褲）。
