開場白|opening remarks

會議的開場白（opening remarks）一般由會議主席（chairperson）負責。他必須在短時間內簡短說明該場會議的背景資料，接著，說明開會的目的（purpose）和程序（process）。開場白的英文又稱為opening statement。
