人事公告|HR bulletin

HR bulletin和personnel bulletin意思皆為「人事公告」。HR是human resources（人力資源）的縮寫。人事公告由人事部門負責公告，內容主要為人事異動，包含升遷（promotion）、職位調動（transfer）、離職（resignation）等等。
