派遣人員|temp worker

「派遣人員」是指因應公司在某一段時間的需求而雇用的短期員工，其英文說法為 temp worker，temp 是 temporary（暫時的）的簡寫。

另外 temp agency 指的是專門為派遣人員安排工作的「職業介紹所」，而若要指同時為全職人員及派遣人員安排工作的職業介紹所，則稱為 employment agency 或 staffing agency。

例句：

1. We may need to hire temp workers for the upcoming project.
   我們可能必須雇用派遣人員來因應接下來的案子。

2. Temp workers who perform well will be given permanent positions.
   表現好的派遣人員將會獲得永久的職位。
