番茄醬|ketchup/tomato sauce

ketchup和tomato sauce中文都叫做番茄醬，但用法與氣味大不相同。ketchup指的是瓶裝的番茄醬，常塗抹在漢堡中，或是作為薯條沾醬。而tomato sauce指的則是用番茄熬煮出來的醬汁，常用在義大利麵的紅醬，或是披薩上。
