結束營業|go out of business

結束營業的英文可以說go out of business或put out of business。go out of business一詞較中性，可以用在如因經營不善而主動結束營業，或是因為外力而被迫結束營業；但put out of business則是專指因外力，如惡性競爭而倒閉或被迫關門。
