customer service可以指「客戶服務」、處理該事務的部份，即「客服部門」，也可以指「客服人員」。相關單字：customer service rep 「客戶服務代表」，rep為representative「業務代表」的意思；customer service department「客服部門」 、customer service hotline「客服專線」。
