韓國泡菜|kimchi

韓國泡菜的英文kimchi是直接從韓文音譯過來的，有時候也拼成kimchee。韓國泡菜是用鹽醃過、使其發酵的大白菜，裡面除了大白菜，也會放入其他如韓國白蘿蔔等蔬菜。pickled vegetable 則可以用來泛指所有醃製的蔬菜。

1. The kimchi at that restaurant is really spicy!
   那間餐廳的韓國泡菜有夠辣！

2. I hear they served kimchi ice cream at the Trump-Kim summit.
