財務透明|financial transparency

transparency一般可當「透視物、透視程度」解釋，而用來講述制度、政策時則是指制度系統的「公開程度」。一個公司團體將財務透明化，即公開分享財務訊息給所有利害關係人。

管理學上即有套依據財務透明概念發展的open-book management「公開管理」，指讓公司所有員工都接受基本財務訓練，並讓員工可以看到公司實際收支數字，使員工了解自己的影響力，更有目標地投入工作。
