刺激消費|stimulate consumption

也可以說 stimulate spending，動詞 stimulate 有「促進、刺激」之意。

政府為了提振經濟，會推出 stimulus package「振興經濟方案」或是 voucher program「消費券」鼓勵民眾消費。為活絡國內旅遊，交通部所提出的「國旅暖冬補助方案」就是屬於這種方案。此外，tax cut「減稅」也是常見刺激消費的手段之一。

例句：

   政府希望預計實施的減稅能刺激消費。
