5 個英文關鍵字，職場上超常用！投履歷、找工作一定要會

在你投履歷、找工作時，下面這 5 個關鍵字，可以幫你獲得面試機會：

1. work on a team

在團隊中工作，老美喜歡用 "on a team"，英國人則偏好 "in a team"。

例句：I worked on a team with scientists who have all won awards.
我與一群榮獲多個獎項的科學家一起同工作。

2. take control of

掌控。control 原來的意思就是控制，在這裡當名詞，take control of 是常用的一個片語，掌握、掌控的意思。

例句：Take control of the situation instead of feeling overwhelmed or powerless.
控制局勢，而不應被它左右或束手無策。

3. defer to

defer 有兩個意思，一個是推遲，與介系詞 to 連用，經常當聽從、順從講。

例句：She never defers to my opinions.
她從來不聽從我的意見。

4. get things done

把事情做好。儘管去做。這個詞很好用，意思不難懂，臨到要用時，很多人想到的是 finish 或是 complete 之類的字眼。
