插座、盥洗用品的英文怎麼說？「房間有霉味、沒訊號」要怎麼表達？

許多人入住飯店之後，才發現房間有各式各樣的問題，像是環境髒亂、冷氣有霉味、網路沒訊號、沒有熱水...等等，如果發現這些問題，該如何跟櫃台人員（desk clerk）反映呢？

整潔問題

1. 環境髒亂

Could you send someone up to clean the room？ It looks like it hasn't been cleaned.
（可以派人過來打掃房間嗎？房間看起來跟沒掃過一樣。）

2. 房間有菸味

We asked for a non-smoking room, but when we walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere.
（我們要求一間非吸菸房，但我們走進去時到處都是菸味。）

3. 冷氣有霉味

The musty smell coming from the air conditioner is too strong. Do you have another room available？
（冷氣的霉味很重。你們有其他房間嗎？）

設備問題

1. 網路沒訊號

Do you have an Ethernet cable？ The Wi-Fi signal is weak in my room, and I can't access the Internet.
（你們有網路線嗎？我房間的無線網路訊號很弱，我連不上網路。）

2. 插座壞掉

There's a problem with the socket in my room. Could you come and check for me？
（我房間的插座有點問題。能過來幫我看看嗎？）

若是忘記帶轉接頭或充電器，也可以跟飯店要求：

Could I borrow an adapter and charger？
（我可以借用轉接插頭和充電器嗎？）

3. 沒有熱水

Is there something wrong with the water heater？ There's no hot water in the bathroom.
（熱水器有問題嗎？浴室裡沒有熱水。）

房間缺東少西

1. 沒有盥洗用品

Why aren't there any toiletries in the bathroom？
（為什麼浴室裡沒有盥洗用品？）

這裡的 toiletries 是「盥洗用品」的總稱。另外，也可以特別指出來缺少什麼盥洗用品：

Why isn't there shampoo or body wash in the bathroom？
（為什麼浴室裡沒有洗髮乳或沐浴乳？）

2. 迷你吧沒東西

如果肚子餓了，想喝點飲料，打開房間的小冰箱卻發現裡頭什麼都沒有，這時可以說：

Why isn't my minibar restocked？
（為什麼迷你吧沒有補充零食飲料？）

3. 加床卻沒有床鋪

如果入住時有加床，卻發現少了這個床鋪，可以跟櫃台反映：

We booked a double room and asked for an extra bed, but there's no cot. Please send it up when you can.
（我們訂了一間雙人房，且要求加一張床，但沒有看到多的床鋪。你們有空時請幫我送上來。）
