His speech was well received.
Having been greeted or reviewed with approval,多用於演講或作品收到很好反應時的回應,指的是 「被認同,或者被檢視過之後得到認可」 。
(X)Your email was well received.
(X)Well-received with thanks.
(O)Thank you for your email.(謝謝你)
(O)Thanks for responding so quickly to my request.(謝謝你這麼快回覆)
(O)This is to confirm that I have received your email.(確認已收到您的郵件。)
(O)This is to acknowledge receipt of your email.(確認已收到您的郵件。)
(O)We have already received your reply and will get back to you shortly.(我們已收到你的回覆,並很快會回覆你。)
除了 well received,可不可以用 well noted?
和 well received 很像的一個詞是 well noted。 Particularly or carefully noticed or observed.
Noted.
Well noted.
As noted in my earlier email…(就像我之前 email 提到的⋯⋯)
As noted above…(一如我前面所說)
